‘Lead With Care’ program is an industry-first initiative supporting employees who are caregivers for children with disabilities. It offers comprehensive medical coverage, specialized day-care facilities, and mental health resources, empowering employees to excel at work while managing their caregiving responsibilities and easing the financial burden associated with treatment.

‘Share the Care’ Program

Share the Care’ program offers an inclusive parental leave policy providing all new parents—biological, adoptive, and same-sex couples—8 weeks of fully paid leave, in addition to 6 months of maternity leave for birth mothers. It also includes flexible work arrangements, support resources, and childcare assistance, including creche facilities.
